School is going well. I moved into the next older classroom last week and that is going well. I'm happy because my 2 favorite buds moved with me and there are a lot more lady friends in this class. Rowrrrr. (Just kidding, Piper! I promise.) The babies in my new room are just getting mobile and we spend the day playing with one another. Just the other day I went after my buddy Noah's ears. He tried to get my toes in kind. I have fun toes, as my Grammy will show later in the post.
On the home front, I've had my tub moved into the big boy tub because I have discovered splashing. Unfortunately for her, Mom didn't realize I had learned this trick until mid demonstration. She laughed anyway. I vacillate (what??? I DO) between liking to splash and not wanting to be in the water at all. Let's see... yes, I have been sleeping like crap. Ok Mom, I'll watch the language - get off my back lady. So this crap sleeping pretty much means I'm awake every 2 hours again. I'm teething and going through my six month growth spurt plus my parents are just so super awesome that I want to play with them all the time so what do you expect? Oh! And I'm tasting some new food, but you can see that for yourself!
Let's be clear. I WOULD rather be eating cookies, candy and cake.

Here comes the airplane!

Mmmmmm. Rice cereal. It's so... ricey.

Eeeeeyouuuuuuu! Just kidding. I only sneezed. But Mom imagines that this is how the rice cereal tastes. It sure is sticky stuff. Mom made the mistake of letting the bowl sit on the counter too long after our feed and some cereal dried and stuck the bowl to the counter.

Here is Daddy's idea of feeding the Mongoose. He says it is better than nursing a mongoose. Pun(s) intended. That Daddy!

We think the picture on the box is actually a Meerkat, but how cool is it to have a beer named after you? Sister Ellie thinks it is cool, she likes Ellie's Brown Ale her own self.

The fam + Unky Harry and I were totally digging the mild temps this weekend so on Saturday (or Caturday) we loaded up and headed downtown to experience some local color. Unky Harry took this group shot.

Dad and I were dude-ing it up. Dad's super cool new carrier is comfy and tasty. Mongoose approved.
Dad returns the favor by nibbling on me. I can't help how scrumptious I am. So scrumptious, in fact, that I chew on myself as evidenced by my neckline and sleeve.

I told you about those toes. Once Daddy finished with me, Grammy tried to eat what was left. I can nibble my own toes too, it's just hard to catch that on camera because the picture taker is usually laughing so hard that I get distracted.

On Sunday, Mom, Dad, Grammy and Unky Harry took me to a park in Salem. Sisa had to stay at home since doggies weren't allowed. Check out all the stuff we did!
First, we tried this kind of swing. It was OK, nothing terribly exciting.
Then Daddy took me down the swirly slide!

Then I bumpity-bumped down the itty-bitty slide (assisted).

Next, I climbed the rock wall. Wow, the air sure is thin way up here...

And finally, I conducted some business with The Godfather. A little meeting of the Central NC/Southwestern VA families to discuss the terms of our association. We came to the agreeable conclusion that our partnership would benefit certain member's credibility with the opposite sex.

I love the one of Finn "rock climbing." And Uncle Harry could definitely use some credibility with the ladies ;)
